FAQ – Wedding
1. Is there any extra fee’s apart from the photo packages?
The only other fee’s apart from the photo packages, are albums and storybooks and any other optional extras you choose to add on. (Canvas wraps, large prints, parent albums)
2. How long do you attend the wedding for with the basic coverage I will get with the photo packages?
The attendance that comes with the photo packages covers me from the brides house before for the preparation shots, all the way up until the staged cutting of the cake at the reception before the wedding breakfast. Extra coverage can be arranged until the first dance, or for the whole evening.
3. What areas do you cover?
Gary photographs in, Southend, Shoeburyness, Rochford, Ashingdon, Hockley, Rayleigh, Leigh, Hadleigh, Benfleet, Pitsea, Basildon, Wickford, Brentwood, Hornchurch, Chelmsford, and all points in between including Kent and London. He can accommodate further afield, so if your area is not mentioned, don’t despair. Just give him a call and he’ll be very pleased to talk to you.
4. How many photos will you take at my wedding?
This all depends on the size of your wedding, for example the amount of guests. For smaller registry office weddings, I would take at least 250 photos, and for larger church weddings, I usually take 300+.
5. How will I see the photos after my wedding?
After your wedding all the photos will go through a “quick” edit. Meaning their all properly exposed, cropped and you get the pictures back ASAP. These photos will be uploaded into your own personal gallery found on my clients page. This will be password protected, and the details will only be given to the bride and groom. But feel free to give these to whoever you wish. Guests will be able to purchase prints directly off of the private gallery using PayPal.
6. How will I order the photos I want?
The pictures in the private gallery will each have their own number. All I will need is the list of the numbers and the quantity of the pictures you would like to order.
7. Can my guests purchase pictures?
Yes, guests can purchase pictures on the private gallery. So please feel free to give the log-in details to whoever you know may want to either see the photos, or purchase some for themselves. They can do this directly through me to save you from more things to worry about.
8. How long after I have chosen will it be before I get my pictures back?
Once you choose your photos, these will all be re-edited. With this editing time, as well as the time in the printers I would aim to get them back to you in 2-4 weeks but this can depend on the amount of photos you are getting.
