Rochford Wedding Photographer

Today I attended the wedding of Nicole and Lee, at Ashingdon Church in Essex. It’s a small, quaint church at the top of the hill, with gorgeous views over the surrounding area. After awful weather during the week, the skies brightened especially for their day. It was a very “outdoor” wedding reception, so they couldn’t have wished for a better day. It was held back at a family friends home, and had stunning grounds for the guests to enjoy. The wedding reception was almost like an outdoor festival, with pop up food huts, ice cream vans, straw bales, garden games and camp fires…. Very Cool!

Both Nicole and Lee are old school friends of mine, so as always with any old friend it was an absolute pleasure to be a part of their day. It was also lovely seeing all of their family and friends, some of who I have not seen since secondary school. Of course, my main concentration was the photographs though… however I did manage to find time after I finished to catch up with some familiar faces.
