Houchins Wedding Photographer
The next wedding to feature on my blog is the marriage of Michelle and Gary. They tied the knot at Houchins in Coggleshall very close to Colchester. I arrived first at Michelle and Gary’s house in Great Wakering for the preparation photos, before making the hour journey towards Colchester. Although I had visited Houchins wedding venue before, it was the first time ever photographed there. I have to admit, it did not disappoint. What an amazing venue and the staff were brilliant!
The ceremony took place outside, and we were very lucky with the weather throughout the day. The rain had been forecasted, yet it seemed to fit around with our timings perfectly having a quick shower whilst we were inside enjoying the meal. I had such a brilliant day with Michelle and Gary, and they were so easy to photograph. Hopefully, the engagement shoot that we had completed a few weeks back helped to relax their nerves a little bit too. Photos from the pre-shoot can be found here.
