Mulberry House Wedding Photography

Today I photographed the wedding of Gemma and Dylan. They tied the knot at Mulberry House Wedding Venue, which is a stunning building in Ongar. It’s the first time I have attended this venue, which I always find really exciting. As I arrive I have a quick scout around to find the best spots. Most importantly I find where the light is best, as this is the main thing I need! It was a beautiful building, with a photo opportunity around every corner. I had met Gemma and Dylan a week or so ago to complete their engagement shoot. They chose Churchill gardens in Southend which was a lovely setting for the pre shoot. Photos from their pre shoot can be found here.

On my arrival, I photographed Gemma and the girl’s preparations. The whole day was taking place there, and they had 2 lovely rooms to get ready in too. Gemma and Dylan had found me as I photographed Gemma’s brother’s wedding last year at The Lawn. Photos from this wedding can be found here. The weather was on and off all day, with spots of rain trying to make an appearance. Luckily it held off long enough for us to capture all of the images within the grounds. All the guests had a fantastic day which made photographing the event a pleasure. I stayed right through to the first dance and evening celebrations, which tied off the story perfectly.

Below you can find a couple of my favourite images from the day. I am now going to get started on the main edit of the whole wedding album. This usually takes me around 2 weeks to complete, before sharing the final gallery with the bride and groom.

Thank you to Gemma and Dylan for asking me to play such a vital part in your wedding day. I hope that you like the images that I have shared with you so far, and I look forward to sharing the full gallery with you very soon.
