Rayleigh Windmill Wedding Photography
Yesterday I attended the wedding of Victoria and Paul who tied the knot at Rayleigh Windmill. Growing up, I remember taking bus rides into Rayleigh with my family and being so impressed by the windmill. All these years later, it’s really cool to be able to photograph weddings inside it!
It was a very small and intimate wedding with only 16 guests inside the windmill. The weather was glorious with brilliant blue skies as far as the eye could see making a perfect backdrop with the windmill. It’s such a cute and quirky venue to photograph at, and there is also a really nicely kept gardens located just behind it.
It was just a short day for me, photographing just the ceremony and a few group photographs in the gardens after the wedding. We managed to capture some lovely images, some of which can be seen below. The windmill really loved the photos I had taken there, and I was actually contacted by the council if they were able to use some of my images.
