Switching from Canon SLR to Sony Mirrorless

As some of you may well know, I have made the switch from a Canon user to Sony. I am now coming up to a year on my new Sony system, and I must say that I am loving it! It’s changed the way I shoot for the better, and the quality of images are out of this world. The only thing I wish is that I had made the swap sooner.

I have made a short video explaining 6 of my favourite things the Sony body’s allow me to do compared to my Canon equipment. Please find the video below, I hope that you find it useful.

The 6 points I discuss are:

  1. Eye autofocus
  2. EVF
  3. Weight and portability
  4. Quality of images
  5. Silent shutter
  6. Tilt screen

If you have any questions about the points raised in the video please put them in the comments box below. I will be more than happy to help if I can.
