The Lawn Rochford Featured Wedding
Tamil and Ben tied the knot at The Lawn in Rochford, Essex… a stunning local venue to me which I am at often. The weather was stunning for both their engagement shoot, and the wedding itself.

How did you meet?
We met at work
What Wedding Venue/s did you choose and why?
We got married at The Lawn and chose this mainly because of the beautiful grounds and it was very central for most of our guests.
Did you have a theme or colour scheme for your wedding?
Our theme was countryish and the colour scheme was pastel mint
What source did you use for wedding inspiration?
I mainly used pinterest to get ideas and inspiration
If you could turn back the clock before planning started, what advise would you give yourself?
To plan as much as you can in advance, so you don’t have much to worry about the nearer it gets
What was your favourite photograph from the day?
There’s too many amazing shots to pick from, but if I had to say it would probably be the picture of our wedding party striking a silly pose. This completely sums up us as a couple and my friends.
What song did you choose for your 1st dance?
Our first dance was to Fleetwood Mac – Everywhere
Was “Gary Derbridge Photography” the right photographer for you?
Definitely, we couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. All my friends and family commented on how great he was and still to this day people mention it to me. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough!
