Three Rivers Wedding Photography
The next wedding to feature on my blog is the marriage of Elizabeth and Robert. They tied the knot at Three Rivers Golf and Country club, which is a gorgeous venue in Cold Norton. It was a December wedding, with a really lovely Christmas feel! Even though it was December, we still managed to get some beautiful images in the grounds of Three Rivers including a great sunset. Below you can find a little bit more about their day and find some more images. So here goes…
How did you meet?
Our story is a rather long one – as we originally met at a friend’s 18th birthday party, and we dated for 2 years. We then realised that we were too young for something so serious and broke up, before finding each other again 6 years later!
How did the he propose?
Rob proposed at Discovery Cove in Florida, and the day could not have been more romantic – the dolphin brought a buoy over with ‘Elizabeth, will you marry me?’ and I turn around to see Rob trying to balance on one knee in the water!
What Wedding Venue/s did you choose and why?
We choose the Three Rivers Golf and Country Club as our venue as it was the one that stood out to us the most. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, and helped make our day special.
Did you have a theme or colour scheme for your wedding?
Where we had a December wedding, we went for a simple white/silver/navy colour theme to try and incorporate the ‘christmassy’ feel
What source did you use for wedding inspiration?
We tried to look online for as much inspiration as possible, including creative and cost friendly ways of making our day special.
If you could turn back the clock before planning started, what advice would you give yourself?
We would tell ourselves not to stress as much – the day was perfect!
